**Calculation of Cargo Weight**
For most countries and regions, shipping costs are calculated based on the cargo’s weight and the rate per kilogram. A small number of countries or regions may require the use of volumetric measurements and density.
Cargo weight is determined by comparing **actual weight** and **volumetric weight**. The higher value between the two will be used for billing. In most cases, our system defaults to **volumetric weight** (not the actual physical weight) to ensure accurate freight calculations. Customers will see the volumetric weight displayed on our website, as this reflects the final value used to determine shipping costs.
**Freight Calculation Method**
Standard shipping costs follow a **"base rate + incremental rate"** structure. For example:
- **First 1 kg**: $10
- **Each additional kg**: $2
Total shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight (actual or volumetric, whichever is higher).
**Special Regulations for Specific Countries**
Some countries have unique policies:
- If the cargo weight is **less than 21 kg**, shipping fees will be calculated as if the cargo weighs **21 kg**. This rule applies to select destinations, and customers will be notified during checkout if applicable.
Main policies
1) All shipping methods provided on our website are door-to-door delivery
2) If your country and region are not within our delivery range, please send me an email and we will communicate with the freight forwarding company and provide a quotation
3) If you want to use your own freight forwarding company to transport goods, please send me an email.
4) The shipping methods provided on the website may have been cancelled for some reasons, but don't worry, most of the time it's due to seasonal freight surges. You can send us an email to inquire. The Christmas and New Year holidays in December each year may cause a surge in global express shipping costs, but they may return to normal prices in February of the following year
5) If the customer still does not receive the goods 180 days after they have been shipped, we will refund all payments. But if the customer chooses their own freight forwarding company, we will not be responsible
Regarding Sea freight and Air freight
1) My freight forwarding company is responsible for customs clearance and payment of tariffs in Europe and North America
2) Most Asian countries and regions do not offer Sea freight services unless the volume of your order exceeds 1 cubic meter. Please choose Global Express or China Post for Asian countries.
3) Australia and New Zealand in Oceania do not have Air freight services because prices are higher than global express delivery.
4) Unlike global express delivery, the first leg of Sea freight and Air freight is handled by shipping companies and airlines. Before the goods arrive at the port, customers cannot check the status of the goods through the tracking number of the final leg courier company. Only after the goods are cleared by your customs can you check the delivery status through the tracking number of the express delivery.
About Global Express
1) We mainly use UPS/DHL/FedEx/TNT/DPD/EMS, but we also choose local courier companies with better services. Everything depends on the freight quote and cargo congestion situation for each season
2) All national express deliveries must be cleared and customs duties paid by the customer. Customs clearance is not difficult, international courier companies will tell you how to do it. In order to facilitate customs clearance and minimize customs duties for customers, we will provide some assistance.
About China Post
1) As China Post is a member state of the Universal Postal Union, there are generally no customs duties for using civilian parcels, but not every country is subject to such duties. You can inquire with the local post office about the tariff policy for national parcels
2) To avoid some troubles in the future, your goods will not be shipped out at the same time in one day. For example, if you have 4 boxes of goods, we will only send the second box of goods 3 days after the first box is sent, which will avoid some customs troubles.
3) We can only say that the possibility of China Post's international packages incurring tariffs is extremely low, but this matter is not 100% certain.
The difference between Sea freight/Air freight and global express delivery
1) Sea freight/Air freight does not require customers to pay customs duties, while global express delivery requires customers to clear customs and pay customs duties themselves
2) Global express delivery can check the status of goods from the time they are shipped, but Sea freight/Air freight can only be checked after the goods arrive at the port of the destination country.
Regarding cargo tracking
1) When we ship, you will receive an email. (But sometimes the goods have already been sent, but we don't have time to update the tracking number of the goods)
2) Normally, we update the tracking numbers for a batch of goods once a week, but we have too many orders and sometimes we may update them every 2 weeks. If you can't wait, please email us for inquiries.
3) You can check if your order has been shipped through this website
