Brilliant Rays Wheels ships internationally from China. Customs clearance requirements, import duties, taxes, and related charges vary depending on the destination country or region and the selected shipping service.

We do not currently add separate VAT, sales tax, GST, or other government-imposed taxes to orders at our website checkout. However, applicable import duties, import VAT, GST, customs clearance charges, or other government-imposed charges may be collected separately by customs authorities or logistics providers, depending on the destination and shipping arrangement.

The amount charged by our website consists of the applicable product price, shipping charges, and any payment-related fees disclosed before payment. Charges collected separately by customs authorities or carriers may not be included in the website checkout total unless expressly stated as included in the selected shipping service.

Customers should review the applicable shipping service and customs arrangements before placing an order. All charges collected directly by us will be disclosed before payment.

1. Import Duties and Customs Charges

Import duties, customs clearance fees, import taxes, brokerage fees, and related charges depend on the destination country or region, the product classification, shipment value, and selected shipping method.

Different shipping services may handle customs clearance and import duties differently. Some services include specified customs clearance and duty charges, while others require the recipient to pay applicable charges directly to the carrier or customs authority.

Where a shipping service is expressly confirmed as duty-included, we will arrange for the specified covered charges to be handled through our logistics provider according to the confirmed shipping terms.

Where duties, taxes, or other import charges are not included in the selected service, the customer may be responsible for paying those charges in accordance with the destination country's applicable laws and import requirements.

The applicable customs arrangement will be disclosed through the selected shipping service, confirmed quotation, or relevant shipping information before payment.

2. Sea Freight and Air Freight

For eligible sea freight and air freight services, customs clearance and specified import duties may be included in the shipping arrangement when expressly stated in the selected service or confirmed quotation.

For qualifying services to Europe and North America, our freight forwarding partners generally arrange customs clearance and handle the import duties covered by the selected service.

Duty-included shipping applies only to the specific charges covered by the confirmed shipping arrangement. It does not automatically mean that every possible import tax, customs fee, inspection charge, or other government-imposed charge is included.

Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan, China are exceptions to our general duty-included arrangements for sea freight and air freight, where those services are available.

For these destinations, as well as other routes where duty-included shipping is unavailable, the applicable customs clearance responsibilities and import charges will be confirmed before payment.

3. Global Express

Global Express shipping services may include UPS, DHL, FedEx, TNT, DPD, EMS, or other available international courier services.

For Global Express shipments, customers are generally responsible for customs clearance requirements and any applicable import duties, import VAT, GST, brokerage fees, or related charges that are not expressly included in the selected shipping service.

These charges may be assessed and collected by the destination country's customs authority, the international courier, or an authorized customs clearance agent.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the confirmed shipping arrangement, these destination import charges are not collected by Brilliant Rays Wheels at checkout.

Customers may be required to provide customs documentation, identification details, or other information legally necessary for import clearance.

4. China Post

China Post shipping options may include Air Mail, SAL, or Surface Mail, depending on the destination and service availability.

For China Post services expressly confirmed as duty-included, the specified import duties covered by that service will be handled through our logistics partner.

Customers are not required to pay the import duties already included in the confirmed duty-included shipping arrangement.

However, duty-included service does not automatically cover every possible import tax, customs inspection charge, administrative fee, or other charge unless expressly specified.

If a China Post service does not include import duties or other applicable charges, the customer will be informed of the relevant shipping terms before payment where reasonably determinable.

Shipping availability and customs arrangements may vary by destination. Please confirm the applicable service before ordering if you require duty-included delivery.

5. Local Tax Rules and Customs Documentation

Customs and taxation rules vary by country or region and may change over time. The applicable requirements are determined by the relevant authorities in the destination country or region.

Depending on the destination and shipping arrangement, import duties, VAT, GST, customs processing fees, brokerage fees, or other charges may become payable before or during delivery.

For shipping services that do not include these charges, customers are responsible for applicable import payments and customs formalities, except where otherwise required by law or agreed in the confirmed shipping arrangement.

We prepare customs documentation using accurate product descriptions, transaction values, and other required shipment information.

We do not intentionally misstate product descriptions, declared values, invoices, shipment labels, or other customs documentation for the purpose of avoiding or reducing legally applicable duties or taxes.

If a shipment encounters customs delays, document requests, or an unexpected customs assessment, please contact us so that we can assist with information reasonably available to us.

Any customs charges arising from an error for which we are responsible will be reviewed and handled according to the circumstances and applicable law.
