Shipping Policy
Brilliant Rays Wheels offers international delivery to the destinations listed below. Available shipping services, charges, and estimated delivery times depend on the destination, selected product, and shipping address. Production or order preparation time is separate from shipping transit time.
1. Shipping Destinations
Online orders are available for all countries and regions listed in the regional tables and the additional-destinations table below.
For the United States, we ship to the contiguous 48 states only. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories are excluded.
If your destination is not listed, please contact us before ordering. We can check whether delivery is available and provide a quotation before accepting the order.
2. Order Processing Time
Order processing times vary by product, selected specifications, stock availability, and customization requirements. Please review the processing or production information on the relevant product page before ordering.
- In-stock products: Some products can be prepared within approximately 7–10 business days after payment confirmation. Products requiring polishing, drilling, or other finishing work may have different lead times as stated on their product pages.
- Out-of-stock and made-to-order products: Production and preparation times vary depending on the item and specifications. Please refer to the product-specific timeframe rather than assuming one standard production period applies to every item.
- Customized products: The processing or production timeframe shown on the individual product page takes precedence over general estimates in this policy.
Production time is not necessarily the complete order processing time. If a product page describes only manufacturing, polishing, drilling, or other work, additional time may be needed for inspection, packaging, and preparing the order for carrier handover.
Where a complete estimated dispatch timeframe is not specified, please contact us to confirm it before placing the order or paying.
If dispatch cannot occur within the agreed timeframe, we will notify you and provide the options required by applicable law, including cancellation and refund where applicable.
Order processing begins after payment confirmation and ends when the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.
Shipping transit time begins after dispatch and is additional to order processing time. Transit estimates by destination and shipping method are listed below.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Product-specific timeframes expressed in calendar days or weeks should be read using the units stated on the product page.
3. Shipping Costs and Weight Calculation
All orders are subject to shipping charges. We do not offer free shipping.
Costs depend on the destination, selected shipping method, package dimensions, and chargeable weight. Chargeable weight is the greater of the package's actual weight and volumetric weight.
Some routes have a minimum chargeable weight, such as 21 kg, even when the shipment weighs less. Where applicable, this minimum will be reflected in the shipping quote.
The applicable shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment for online orders. For manually quoted orders, we will confirm the charges before payment.
Any applicable online payment processing fee is described separately in our Payment Policy and must be disclosed before payment.
4. Shipping Methods and Customs
- Sea Freight and Air Freight: Our freight forwarding partners handle the first leg. Certain eligible routes include customs clearance and specified import duties when expressly indicated in the selected shipping service or confirmed quotation. For qualifying services to Europe and North America, the forwarding partner handles the clearance and duties covered by that service. Exceptions apply to Japan, South Korea and Taiwan, China if sea or air freight is offered; applicable duty arrangements will be confirmed before payment.
- Global Express: We mainly use UPS, DHL, FedEx, TNT, DPD and EMS. Other suitable local carriers may be used depending on the destination and available service. Customers are generally responsible for any customs clearance obligations and import duties or taxes not expressly included in the selected service, as disclosed before payment and subject to applicable law.
- China Post: Available postal services may include Air Mail, SAL and Surface Mail, depending on the destination. For China Post services that are expressly quoted as duty-included, the covered import duties are handled by our logistics partner. Any duties or taxes not included in the selected service will be identified to the customer before payment where reasonably determinable.

Shipping services described as duty-included cover only the charges specified in the confirmed service. They should not be read as a promise that every destination, tax, or customs-related charge is covered.
Available shipping methods depend on the destination, product specifications, package weight, order quantity, and delivery address.
The tables below show the shipping options and estimated transit times currently returned for representative shipping queries. Actual options and shipping charges for a specific order will be displayed at checkout.
A dash (—) indicates that the corresponding shipping method was not returned for the checked route. It does not necessarily mean the service is unavailable for every product or address.
Where no fixed estimate is available, please contact us to confirm shipping details before payment.
5. Estimated Transit Times After Dispatch
The transit times below are approximate estimates expressed in days, based on the shipping information currently available through our website.
They are not guaranteed delivery dates and should not be interpreted as confirmed business-day commitments unless explicitly stated for the selected service.
Shipping transit time is separate from production and order processing time. Transit estimates begin after dispatch and carrier handover, not when manufacturing starts or finishes.
Customs clearance, carrier operations, local holidays, remote delivery locations, and other circumstances may affect the actual delivery date.

United States: Sea freight and air freight are the shipping methods returned for the representative order checked. Express shipping may be available for other products or delivery addresses where offered at checkout.
Canada: Remote-area surcharges may apply. Any applicable remote-area surcharge must be disclosed and agreed before payment. We will not impose an unapproved post-payment shipping surcharge.

6. Tracking Your Shipment
We normally email shipment information and update available tracking details within one week after dispatch. Global Express tracking can normally be checked soon after dispatch.
For Sea Freight and Air Freight, the first leg is handled by a shipping line or airline. Tracking through the final-mile courier usually becomes available only after the shipment reaches the destination country, clears customs, and enters local delivery.

7. Using Your Own Freight Forwarder
You may arrange shipment through your own freight forwarder. Please contact us before ordering to coordinate the handover.
Once the goods have been handed over to your nominated forwarder, delays, loss, or non-delivery caused by that forwarder's transport service are outside our responsibility, subject to applicable law.
8. Non-Delivery
If your shipment is delayed, lost, or not delivered, please contact us at sales@brwheel.com.
We will investigate with the carrier and prioritize a replacement shipment for a verified loss under our responsibility, without restricting any mandatory right to cancellation, refund, or another remedy.
As an additional customer-service commitment, if an order sent using our shipping service has not been delivered within 180 days after dispatch, we will refund the full payment.
You do not need to wait 180 days to exercise any earlier cancellation, non-delivery, or refund rights available under applicable law.
This additional commitment does not apply to loss or delay caused solely by a freight forwarder independently arranged by the customer after the goods are handed over to that forwarder, subject to applicable law.

10. Packaging
Wheels are packed in double-layer, extra-thick cardboard boxes. Sponge rubber is used to protect the wheel lips.
