These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Brilliant Rays Wheels website, products, services, customer accounts, and related features.

Brilliant Rays Wheels is operated by YIWU BRILLIANT RAYS ECOMMERCE FIRM ("we", "us", or "our"). Our website is powered by the Shopyy e-commerce platform.

By accessing or using this website, creating an account, placing an order, or purchasing products from us, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated into them.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order or enter into a purchase agreement with us.

You may not use our website, products, or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose or in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

2. Customer Accounts

Customers may create an account on our website to manage orders and related information.

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current account information and for keeping your login credentials secure.

You must not impersonate another person, create an account using false information, misuse another person's account, or use an account for fraudulent or unlawful activity.

If we reasonably believe that an account is associated with fraud, identity misuse, malicious activity, serious violations of these Terms, security threats, or unlawful conduct, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate the account.

3. Orders and Customer Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order, including your contact information, shipping address, product specifications, fitment information, and other information relevant to the order.

If incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the customer causes delays, failed delivery, incorrect production, fitment issues, or other problems, the customer may be responsible for the resulting consequences and costs.

We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment irregularities, inaccurate or inconsistent information, unsupported delivery destinations, security concerns, legal or compliance requirements, or circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If an order cannot be fulfilled because of an error or other issue that is our responsibility, we will provide an appropriate remedy, including a refund where applicable.

4. Custom and Made-to-Order Products

Custom and made-to-order products are an important part of our business. Product specifications may include, depending on the product, size, width, offset (ET), J value, PCD, center bore (CB), color, finish, surface treatment, fitment, and other customer-selected specifications.

Custom specifications are normally confirmed with the customer before payment. Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming the specifications before completing payment.

Customers may request cancellation or modification of an order within 36 hours after the order is placed.

After 36 hours, confirmed custom specifications cannot be changed and the order cannot normally be cancelled, except where an issue is confirmed to be our responsibility under our Return & Refund Policy.

If we manufacture or ship a product that does not match the confirmed specifications, the issue will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Business and Wholesale Orders

We accept orders from individual customers as well as businesses, wholesalers, dealers, resellers, modification shops, distributors, and other commercial customers.

Wholesale orders, manually quoted orders, special orders, and certain custom orders may be subject to separate written quotations, Proforma Invoices, email confirmations, or other order-specific written terms.

Where an order-specific written agreement has been expressly confirmed by both parties, those specific terms will apply to that order. These Terms will continue to apply to matters not specifically addressed in the order-specific agreement.

6. Prices

Product prices may change before an order is placed due to factors such as production costs, raw material costs, exchange rates, market conditions, or other business considerations.

Once an order has been successfully paid and confirmed, later increases in product prices will not result in additional charges to that confirmed order solely because the website price has changed.

We make reasonable efforts to keep pricing and product information accurate. If an obvious pricing, technical, or information error prevents us from fulfilling an already paid order, we may cancel the affected order and refund the corresponding amount paid.

7. Payment

Payment methods, payment fees, currencies, bank-transfer arrangements, Western Union arrangements, and payment confirmation requirements are governed by our Payment Policy.

An order is considered paid only after the payment has been successfully processed or an applicable offline payment has been received and verified by us.

8. Shipping and Supported Destinations

Orders are accepted only for destinations currently supported under our Shipping Policy.

If a destination is not included in our available shipping destinations, we may decline or cancel the order.

Shipping methods, processing times, estimated delivery times, shipping charges, supported countries and regions, and related shipping conditions are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance responsibilities, and duty-included shipping arrangements are governed by our Customs & Taxes Policy.

9. Returns, Refunds, Cancellations, and Product Issues

Returns, refunds, cancellations, incorrect specifications, transportation damage, quality issues, buyer-selected specification errors, and other after-sales matters are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or reduce any refund, replacement, remake, compensation, or other remedy that we expressly provide under our Return & Refund Policy.

10. Product Information and Display

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, and other information displayed on the website are accurate and current.

However, non-intentional typographical, technical, photographic, or information errors may occasionally occur. We may correct such errors after they are identified.

Product colors and finishes may appear differently depending on screen settings, lighting, photography, production batches, and other factors.

Normal color variation of approximately ±5% between production batches is not considered a product defect where the product otherwise matches the confirmed order.

We may modify or discontinue products for future orders. If a product has already been paid for and we later determine that we are unable to produce or fulfill the order for reasons that are our responsibility, the customer will receive an appropriate refund.

11. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and up-to-date information on our website.

We may correct non-intentional errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping information, availability, technical information, or other website content.

If such an error materially affects an already paid order and we are unable to fulfill the order as agreed because of an issue that is our responsibility, we will provide an appropriate remedy, including a refund where applicable.
