Brilliant Rays Wheels offers online and offline payment options. Online payment methods are provided through our website checkout. Offline payment methods are available only for orders arranged through prior communication and confirmation with our customer service team.

Customers should review the applicable payment method, currency, shipping charges, and any additional fees before confirming payment.

1. Online Payment Methods

Our website offers online payment options through PayPal and its supported checkout services, subject to availability.

Available payment methods may include:

Not every payment method or card network is available to every customer. The payment options displayed at checkout are the options available for the relevant transaction.

Payment Security

We do not require customers to send their full credit card numbers, card security codes, or online banking passwords to us by email, messaging applications, or other direct communication channels.

2. Online Payment Fees

Online payments processed through our PayPal-supported checkout are subject to a 4.9% online payment processing fee under our current payment arrangements.

This fee applies to the supported online payment methods for which it is charged at checkout, including PayPal, credit/debit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay transactions processed through the applicable payment service.

The payment processing fee is calculated on the combined product subtotal and shipping charges before the fee itself is added.

Customers can review the product charges, shipping charges, applicable payment processing fee, and final payable amount before completing the transaction.

We do not apply an additional undisclosed online processing fee after an order has been confirmed and paid.

Any mandatory taxes or government-imposed charges, where applicable, are handled according to the relevant legal requirements and our Customs & Taxes Policy.

3. Currency

Our website may display prices in the local currency associated with the country or region selected by the customer where supported by our website and payment services.

If the selected local currency is not supported, prices may be displayed in USD.

The final payment currency and payable amount will be displayed or confirmed before payment.

If the customer's bank account or card uses a different currency, the bank, card issuer, or payment provider may apply currency conversion rates or additional foreign transaction fees.

These external currency conversion or banking charges are determined by the relevant financial institution and are not part of our 4.9% online payment processing fee.

For offline payments, including bank transfers and Western Union, payment must be made in the currency specified in the confirmed quotation or payment instructions.

4. Wire Transfer / Bank Transfer

Wire transfer or bank transfer is not available as a direct shopping-cart payment method.

It is intended for orders arranged through prior communication, including wholesale orders, manually quoted orders, and special orders.

Before making a bank transfer, customers must contact us and obtain:

• A confirmed quotation or order confirmation.
• An order number or other agreed payment reference.
• The correct payment amount and currency.
• Confirmation of the applicable beneficiary and payment instructions.

Customers should verify the payment instructions with our official customer service team before transferring funds.

The following account details are provided for eligible orders that have been confirmed for bank transfer payment.

The United States address shown above is the bank's address and does not represent the registered business address or operating location of Brilliant Rays Wheels.

Please contact us if you receive payment instructions that differ from those previously confirmed, particularly if the beneficiary name or bank account details have changed.

After Making a Bank Transfer

After completing the transfer, please email the following information to sales@brwheel.com:

1. Payment receipt or proof of payment.
2. Date of payment.
3. Exact payment amount and currency.
4. Order number or agreed payment reference.

We will send a payment confirmation after the transfer has been received and verified.

If you do not receive confirmation or have questions about the payment status, please contact our customer service team.

5. Western Union

Western Union is available only for eligible orders arranged through prior communication and confirmation.

It is not available as a direct shopping-cart payment option.

Before using Western Union, please contact us to confirm the quotation, order number, payment amount, currency, designated recipient, and applicable payment instructions.

Customers are responsible for applicable Western Union service fees, currency conversion charges, and other transfer-related costs unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

Please do not send payment to an unverified recipient. If the payment instructions differ from those previously confirmed, contact our official customer service team before making the transfer.

After making the payment, please provide the relevant payment reference and order information so that we can verify receipt.

6. Payment Confirmation

An order is considered paid only after the online payment has been successfully processed or the offline payment has been received and verified by us.

Orders requiring production, customization, or special procurement will be processed according to the confirmed order terms after payment confirmation.
